URGENT NOTICE - Immediate submission of copies of documents - Reg.

Dear member,

On the verbal directions passed by the Hon'ble Special Committee during the hearing on 16.12.2020, a meeting of the office-bearers of the Forum and the STP Faridabad was held on 21.12.2020 regarding the missing names of our members in the lists/ annexures/ reports prepared by the department after scrutiny of claimants. Finally, it has been decided in the meeting that those who had filed/ approached/ verified their claims directly to the STP/ DTP Faridabad or through Forum during 2016-18 may check their names in the lists/ reports available on the official website: https://tcpharyana.gov.in of the Department of Town & Country Planning, Government of Haryana. The links for those lists/ reports are given below:-

In case, those of our members whose names/ plot no.s are not included/ missing in the above-linked lists/ reports and few Plot Nos. D-155, E-73, H-56, H-113, J-110, J-141, J-223, J-320, J-324 and other such cases which have already got verified their claims but names are not appearing/ missing in the above lists of the STP submitted before the Committee, they all are now requested to send two sets of documents duly self-attested viz. all payment receipts, allotment letter, Builders Buyer Agreement (BBA), Sale Deed, Aadhar Card / Voter I-Card / any other ID proof etc. with any documentary proof of submission of their claim during 2016-18 (a receipt of submission i.e. application/ letter/ affidavit, if directly submitted to the O/o STP Faridabad) along with covering letter indicating the name of plotholder, father's name, allotted plot No. & size, postal & email address, mobile/ WhatsApp No. to the Forum by speed-post/ courier. A softcopy of the same may also be forwarded via email to okhla.oeforum@gmail.com.

Hon'ble Special Committee hearing dated 3rd December 2020

As per the hearing with the STP, Faridabad attended by our Ld. Advocate along with the office bearers of the Forum on 27.11.2020 and further to today's hearing of the Hon'ble Special Committee, the Hon'ble Special Committee has directed the STP to furnish a list of unverified claims of members of the Forum within the next 7 days.

UPDATES ON HEARING DATED 21.11.2020

Dear members,

Hearing of Hon'ble Special Committee was attended today by our advocate and the Forum's representatives via Webex virtual platform. The case was well presented by our advocate. The main focus was on unverified cases of the Forum.  However, in response to the PUBLIC NOTICE in the newspaper "The Tribune" on 18.08.2016, Forum had submitted the list of all its members alongwith affidavits and ID proofs to the STP/ DTP, Faridabad on 15.09.2016 and at the levels of the Additional Chief Secretary, TCP Deptt. as well as to the Director General, TCP, Haryana at Chandigarh on 16.09.2016 for an abundance of caution before the cut-off date which was 19.09.2016.

The procedural order of today's hearing of the Hon'ble Special Committee is yet to be issued.  Further developments/ action as per the proceeding will be informed in due course. So, it is requested to log on to this blogger, check your email/ WhatsApp regularly and act accordingly.

As per our earlier posts, our members have transferred their dues alongwith the committee fee through their various sources including the children's account or a different name than the original member. So in such cases, the Forum is unable to issue the receipts. Members who have not got the hard/ scanned copy of the receipt may send their details of the transaction made to the Forum via WhatsApp/ email at the earliest.

It is also requested that those who have not yet paid their dues and special committee fee of ₹4,000/- per claimant to the Forum, pay the dues immediately otherwise their names will not be included in the list.

Black Friday(30/10/2020) for plotholders of the forum

Dear member,

The desired details are given below:-

Sorry to say that the DTP has her own interpretation of the stipulated time period i.e. 4.08.2018 to 4.09.2018? This selection of the stipulated time period i.e. from 4.08.2018 to 4.09.2018 was their choice in violation of PO No.32. The basis of selection of the same is well known to the department. However,  our case is entirely different from the other parties before the Hon'ble Special Committee and any such condition was not applicable in the case of our Forum under point No.12 of PO No.32 dated 17.10.2020 but the department was reluctant. So, our senior citizen members have no option to leave blank/ unheard but the Forum has made all efforts to registered their personal presence with the department so that they are to be treated as verified on the basis of their previous scrutiny by the Court Commission constituted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the same case. Finally, the attendance sheet was duly acknowledged by the department.

As our Ld. Counsel has also attended the hearing on 30.10.2020 with the STP, so the further action will be taken by him at an appropriate time. 

Next date of hearing of the Hon'ble committee is on 21.11.2020.

Hearing of Hon'ble Special Committee was attended today by our Ld. Counsel SH VIKRANT YADAV with the Forum's representatives via Webex virtual platform. The case was well presented by our advocate. Main focus was on unverified cases of our rightful members those who had approached the committee and filed their claims/ documents/ lists before the cut-off date but not been included in the report of the STP. However, Forum had submitted the list of all its members alongwith affidavits and ID proofs to the DTCP/ STP well before the cut-off date.

Procedural order of today's hearing of the Hon'ble Special Committee is yet to be issued.  Further developments/ action as per the proceeding will be informed in due course. So, it is requested to log on to this blogger, check your email/ whatsapp regularly and act accordingly.

Payment of fees to the Hon’ble Special Committee - Reminder for clearance of dues – Reg.

Now next hearing is on 17th October 2020

Dear member,

Further to our earlier post dated 20.09.2020 on the Forum’s blogger. The Special Committee vide its Procedural Order No. 31 has fixed fee of ₹4,000/- per applicant/ claimant and directed that to be paid by 30.09.2020. Payment of the fee to the Committee will be made through the Counsel of the Associations/ groups etc. with appropriate details.

2.      It has been decided that Forum will take up the cases of only those members who are not defaulters. So, all non-defaulter members are required to deposit ₹4,000/- and defaulter members are required to pay ₹4,000/- and pending membership dues for which intimation has already been sent by Mr Rajesh Kumar via email / whatsapp including bank details.

3.      For depositing ₹4,000/- plus membership fee with the Forum, members may contact the Forum immediately via whatsapp# 7042593941 / email address:  okhla.oeforum@gmail.com and deposit the required fee by 30.09.2020.

4.      Kindly treat it as most urgent notice and act accordingly. It may not be out of place to mention that Hon’ble Special Committee is nearing finalising its recommendations so we after years of sincere fighting should not be left out.

Procedural Order No. 31 dated 17.09.2020 regarding payment of fees to the Hon'ble Special Committee

Earlier Forum had submitted a complete case before the Hon'ble Arbitrator in April 2016 and also supplied a list of 567 members to the DTCP. The Arbitration Tribunal i.e. the present Hon’ble Special Committee had acknowledged that the claims of the 567 members of the Forum had attained finality vide Procedural Orders No. 10 & 11 dated 26.11.2016 & 14.12.2016 respectively. Again on 29.06.2020, the lists of our 567 members (residential) and 62 members (commercial) were submitted before Hon’ble Special Committee as well as the STP by our advocate. However, everything is on record but same is not reflecting?

Next hearing in the case is on 12th October, 2020.

Hearing of Special Committee was attended today by our legal counsel and Forum's representatives via Webex virtual platform. Today's hearing was focused on refusal of claims by the STP/ Scrutiny Committee/ unverified cases of those who had approached the committee and filed their claims/ documents/ lists before the cut-off date but not included in the report of the STP. However, Forum had submitted the list of all its members alongwith affidavits and ID proofs to the DTCP/ STP before the cut-off date.
