Seeking names of non-appeared members - Reg.

Dear members,

Further to hearing of Hon'ble Special Committee meeting dated 10.06.2020. As per discussion by our advocate, we have to apprise the committee in next heating about those our members who have not been presented before the scrutiny committee/ could not got verified their claims/ refused by the scrutiny committee at the office of the STP Faridabad during the year 2016-17. It is requested to those our members who had left to appear before the scrutiny committee, they may send their name, plot and contact number to the Forum via email at okhla.oeforum@gmail.com immediately enable us to prepare the list of such cases.

Next date of virtual hearing is on 3-07-2020 from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm.

Updates - Hon'ble Special Committee meeting dated 10.06.2020

Dear members,

Hearing of Hon'ble Special Committee meeting held today was attended by the legal counsel of the Forum. Stand reply of the Forum had already been submitted before the committee and same was presented during the hearing. Next action will be taken accordingly as per the procedural orders/ proceedings as issued by the Hon'ble Special Committee.

Next date of hearing is also fixed which will to be held on 3-07-2020.

Continuing Membership of the Forum - Reg.

Dear members,

It is reported that few of our bonafide members are joining other associations or groups without the knowledge of the Forum, and without taking clearance from the Forum. Such members who are joining others are not doing any constructive work in their favour. They are diluting the basis for their claims, which is contradicted by the basis for claims being made by other groups.

In fact, such members may unknowingly lose their settled rights while supporting other rival groups, against their own interests.

They are complicating their settled rights.

They are helping the cause of rival groups, to their own detriment.

They are helping to indefinitely delay the process.

As per our legal counsel, any person who ceases to be a member of our Forum and who does not contribute funds for its functioning, could lose benefits under the highly beneficial judgements and orders of Hon'ble Supreme Court and Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana.

So, please use your intelligence, remain in this Forum, contribute required funds to the Forum, and avoid association with other groups.

In view of the ongoing circumstances due COVID-19, the committee has decided to hold the hearing via virtual platform (VC except for zoom). Now, the hearing is scheduled to be held on 10-06-2020 from 2.30 PM to 4.30 PM.
