This is the time to update and share the latest developments about the on-going mater in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. In its hearing on 22.02.2010, the Hon'ble Court observed that there are number of intervention applications wanting to be impleaded in the writ petition and these need to be heard at length for taking a view. The hon'ble court decided to fix an appropriate date of hearing some time in vacations to hear the matter on continuous basis. Next date will be intimated as and when fixed.
