Hearing of Special Committee was attended today by our legal counsel and Forum's representatives via Webex virtual platform. Today's hearing was focused on refusal of claims by the STP/ Scrutiny Committee/ unverified cases of those who had approached the committee and filed their claims/ documents/ lists before the cut-off date but not included in the report of the STP. However, Forum had submitted the list of all its members alongwith affidavits and ID proofs to the DTCP/ STP before the cut-off date.
NOTE: Plots Nos. D-155, E-73, H-56, H-113, J-110, J-141, J-223, J-320, J-324 shown below have already got verified but not appearing in the list of the STP submitted before the Committee. So, all below mentioned plot numbered members are requested to meet/ file with the DTCP everything required to ensure verification of your claims - with complete required information, and with required original & photocopies of documents and affidavit.
As instructed by the Hon'ble Special Committee today that they must now apply on or before 8th September 2020 with complete information and all required documents (please carry originals and file copies) and affidavit to the STP, HUDA Complex, Sector-12, Faridabad (detailed address is mentioned below). This is the last and final opportunity. Our following plot numbered members may immediately approach to the STP, Faridabad for verification of their claims under intimation to us:-
