Dear member,
As you aware that our IA alongwith other connected matters were fixed for hearing on 4.08.2014. Our case was at item No.1 in Court No.2, however, Hon'ble Court has given four weeks time to the parties for filing their objections on the affidavit filed by Director General, Town & Country Planning (Haryana), Chandigarh.
Next date of hearing has now fixed for 8th Sept, 2014.
