In the meanwhile, due to prevailing situation viz. lockdown and maintaining social distance, hearing has been further rescheduled from 04-04-2020 at 11 AM to 02-05-2020 at 2.30 PM.

Since the lockdown has been extended till 3-05-2020, the   hearing   in  the   matter   is   rescheduled  to  22-05-2020 at 2.30 PM.

In view of the ongoing circumstances, committee as decided to hold the hearing via virtual platform (VC except for zoom). Now, the hearing is further rescheduled to 10-06-2020 from 2.30 PM to 4.30 PM.

We expect that the wisdom of God will prevail our judicial system to do justice in our legally admitted, accepted and settled genuine cause at the highest Apex level of the country.
