Verification regarding

Dear member,

We understand that our members are getting confused these days due to blogger updates and information/ rumours/ gossip spread by members of other associations who are in touch with some of our members with regard to verification of claims by the Hon’ble Arbitrator.

In this regard, we inform you that as desired by the Arbitrator, our Forum has submitted claim on behalf of all members after taking affidavits from members (some did not submit affidavit). The claims submission by individual members of the Forum as advised by our legal experts is not necessary. Moreover, we have got verified our claims number of times at different platforms with different agencies appointed by Courts/ Govt. Departments.

To ensure prompt delivery of communication, members may get update their E-mail address or any of your contact E-mail ID (in the name of your son/ daughter/ close relative or friend) with the Forum by sending your membership details (viz. name of member, plot No./ size) by post or by email at okhla.oeforum@gmail.com. You may also send the change in address/ present postal address/ contact phone or mobile no., if any. 

Those who have not sent a cheque of Rs.2,000/- as demanded in our last communication dated 15.11.2015, may kindly send an account payee cheque for Rs.2,000/- in favour “OKHLA ENCLAVE PLOT HOLDERS (ALLOTTEES) FORUM”.

It is once again requested that those who have not claimed additional development charges deposited @Rs.50/- sq.yds with the Forum may also claim the same from us immediately. Please contact Sh Rajesh Kumar - 7042593941(M) for the same.

Any other development, in this regard will be informed to all members through this blogger. We advise all to read this blog regularly.
