Dear member,

The case was last heard on 17.01.2012 wherein the court decided to issue the notices on pending Intervention Applications with directions that the case be listed after 8 weeks. Normally the dates are fixed by the registry of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.  The case is not been listed so far.

Further development of the case will be posted at website after the date of hearing is fixed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Members are requested to kindly bear with us in this hour of uncertainty and unavoidable delay.

Status of case hearing before Hon'ble Supreme Court of India

Dear member,

Hearing of applications before Hon'ble Supreme Court was held on 17.01.2012. After arguments from both sides, hon'ble court decided to issue notices on the eight Intervention Applications brought before the court and directed that the reply to the notices be given within eight weeks. Next date of hearing will be fixed by the Registrar of the court after elapse of 8 weeks. We will keep you inform for the further developments.
