Status of case hearing dated 4.10.2010 before Hon'ble Supreme Court of India

On 4.10.2010, Hon'ble Supreme Court of India decided not admit further impleadments in the case. The Hon'ble Court further directed that the case may now be heard as a regular case on non-miscellaneous days.

Now, the date has also been fixed for next hearing on 10.11.2010.

Updated status of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India's hearing dated 16.08.2010

Dear member,

In continuation to our earlier update dated 5.06.2010 about the developments in on-going mater in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the case was again heard on 16.08.2010 by the Division Bench wherein the Court allowed a further period of 4 weeks to parties to file objections. After four weeks, the case will be listed for hearing. We have no choice except to await the final hearing of the arguments on the pending IA 8 & 9.

In the meantime, we would request our members to bear with us in this hour of trial and not get panicky because of delay in the disposal of the case over which we have no control expect to follow the law of the land, as the matter is under consideration of the Highest Court of the country and hopefully we will overcome from all these very soon.

Next date of hearing has been fixed on 4.10.2010.
