Dear members,
In view of present circumstances due to pandemic
Covid-19, under the guidance of an eminent advocate, a humble request with
complete details of facts in our case was submitted before the Hon’ble
Special Committee for consideration on 2.06.2021 and seeking justice on merits
of the case.
The
proceedings/ procedural orders of the hearing of the Hon’ble Special Committee
are yet to issue.
Dates 22.06.2021 and 2.07.2021 are fixed for consideration of the EWS and NPNL
Categories respectively. However, majority of our members are under NPNL
category.
Now, Hon'ble Committee's hearing is rescheduled to 12.07.2021 for the consideration of the NPNL category. Date of 2.07.2021 stands cancelled.
Let us await for the results.
