UPON hearing the counsel on 10.03.2015, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has passed the following orders in the matter :-
ORDER
Perused the letters circulated in terms of order dated
10.02.2015, the Amicus Curiae was required to submit requisite report within a
period of four weeks. Ms Anitha Shenoy, learned Co-Amicus Curiae further seeks
4 weeks more time for compliance of the order.
By way of last indulgence, we allow time till 10th April,
2015.
The matter be placed within a week thereafter.
Now, the case may likely to be listed on
15.04.2015
