As per the hearing with the STP, Faridabad attended by our Ld. Advocate along with the office bearers of the Forum on 27.11.2020 and further to today's hearing of the Hon'ble Special Committee, the Hon'ble Special Committee has directed the STP to furnish a list of unverified claims of members of the Forum within the next 7 days.
The procedural order of the hearing of the Hon'ble Special Committee is yet to be issued. Further developments/ action as per the proceeding will be informed in due course. So, it is requested to log on to this blogger, check your email/ WhatsApp regularly and act accordingly.
The date for the next hearing via virtual platform is fixed for 16th December 2020 at 4.30 PM.
