The case was heard on 11.11.2014 by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. Hearing the counsels, hon'ble court has dictated an firm orders for removal of encroachments from the approved area of the colony within four weeks. Hon'ble court has also directed to the Director General, Town &;Country Planning (Haryana), Chandigarh to file status report thereof.
