Orders passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of the Forum. These orders, we are trying to get them implemented as per the directions of the Supreme Court. The results as & when are available will be made known to the members in our official Blog (on this social website).

Hon'ble members,

With immense pleasure, we inform you that recently our forum had approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court for an early resolution of our case. Hon'ble Court has heard our matter in detail and has in its orders directed to the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh for revival of our contempt and its early disposal. It is needless to say that our forum was trying to approach the Supreme Court for the last about 7 years. During this, Forum has exhausted most of its funds in presenting its case before the Supreme Court and to the Special Committee constituted by the Supreme Court. Now, we have to approach the High Court for revival of the same. In this regard, we have already initiated the process of finalizing advocates at Chandigarh. So, remit your dues immediately to the Forum. Now, it's your responsibility to check your dues with Shri Rajesh Kumar on WhatsApp# 7042593941 or drop an e-mail to the Forum for the same.

2. Few messages could not be delivered due to non-WhatsApp number or inactive email address, or address couldn't be found or is unable to receive mail. It is, therefore, requested to update your latest contact details viz. WhatsApp mobile and an active Email address with the Forum for quick communications.

3. This notice is for your information and an immediate necessary action please.

आपको यह सूचित करते हुए हमें अत्यंत खुशी हो रही है कि अंततः हमारे मामले की सुनवाई माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय द्वारा अभी हाल ही में की गई है और माननीय न्यायालय ने हमारे अवमानना वाले मामले को पुनर्जीवित कर शीघ्र निपटान के लिए माननीय पंजाब और हरियाणा उच्च न्यायालय, चंडीगढ़ को निर्देश दिया है। माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट से ये आदेश मिलने में लगभग 7 साल लग गए। फोरम ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में और सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा गठित विशेष समिति के समक्ष अपना केस रखने में अपना अधिकांश धन पहले ही खर्च कर दिया है। अब, हमें तुरंत उच्च न्यायालय का दरवाजा खटखटाना होगा। इस संबंध में, हमने पहले ही चंडीगढ़ में वकील को अंतिम रूप देने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है। इसलिए, अपना बकाया शिग्र फोरम को भेजें। अब, यह आपकी जिम्मेदारी है कि आप श्री राजेश कुमार के व्हाट्सएप # 7042593941 पर अपने बकाया की जांच करें या फोरम को एक ई-मेल भेजकर पता करें।
