Dear member,

The case was last heard on 17.01.2012 wherein the court decided to issue the notices on pending Intervention Applications with directions that the case be listed after 8 weeks. Normally the dates are fixed by the registry of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.  The case is not been listed so far.

Further development of the case will be posted at website after the date of hearing is fixed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Members are requested to kindly bear with us in this hour of uncertainty and unavoidable delay.
