Updates on this blogger were due for a quite some time. As you aware that Hon’ble Supreme Court vide its orders dated 21.02.2025 directed the Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court for settlement of our contempt case at the earliest. Govt. of Haryana has delayed our case unnecessarily for about a year without any valid reasons. On hearing dated 29.01.2026, Govt. of Haryana sought 3 months time for seeking permission from the Hon’ble Supreme Court for implementation of orders, so court adjourned the matter to 30.04.2026. Instead of seeking permission, Govt. has not yet filed an appropriate application in Hon’ble Supreme Court for permission. Again on last hearing on 30.04.2026, Govt. sought some more time and court has granted another 3 months time. Now next date is on 30.07.2026. Anyway, our orders are intact as on date. We are moving forward every time nearer to logical end. It's a test of our patience and persistence. Despite the slow and tiring process of law, we have no other option to follow the same. Team of your forum is working in a mission mode and consulting with law experts for its early resolution. An appropriate legal action will be taken accordingly. Hope for the best.
