Hon'ble members,

Updates on this blogger were due for a quite some time. As you aware that Hon’ble Supreme Court vide its orders dated 21.02.2025 directed the Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court for settlement of our contempt case at the earliest. Govt. of Haryana has delayed our case unnecessarily for about a year without any valid reasons. On hearing dated 29.01.2026, Govt. of Haryana sought 3 months time for seeking permission from the Hon’ble Supreme Court for implementation of orders, so court adjourned the matter to 30.04.2026. Instead of seeking permission, Govt. has not yet filed an appropriate application in Hon’ble Supreme Court for permission. Again on last hearing on 30.04.2026, Govt. sought some more time and court has granted another 3 months time. Now next date is on 30.07.2026. Anyway, our orders are intact as on date. We are moving forward every time nearer to logical end. It's a test of our patience and persistence. Despite the slow and tiring process of law, we have no other option to follow the same. Team of your forum is working in a mission mode and consulting with law experts for its early resolution. An appropriate legal action will be taken accordingly. Hope for the best.

With immense pleasure, we inform you that recently our forum had approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court for an early resolution of our case. Hon'ble Court has heard our matter in detail and has in its orders directed to the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh for revival of our contempt and its early disposal. It is needless to say that our forum was trying to approach the Supreme Court for the last about 7 years. During this, Forum has exhausted most of its funds in presenting its case before the Supreme Court and to the Special Committee constituted by the Supreme Court. Now, we have to approach the High Court for revival of the same. In this regard, we have already initiated the process of finalizing advocates at Chandigarh. So, remit your dues immediately to the Forum. Now, it's your responsibility to check your dues with Shri Rajesh Kumar on WhatsApp# 7042593941 or drop an e-mail to the Forum for the same.

2. Few messages could not be delivered due to non-WhatsApp number or inactive email address, or address couldn't be found or is unable to receive mail. Positive News

Hon'ble members,

Please be informed that the case hearing in the Hon'ble Supreme Court may not take place on 2nd November 2022 as the Hon'ble Special Committee has filed a letter in the Court today (01.11.2022) and requested the Court for two weeks time to publish its report of successful claimants.

Accordingly, we may expect that the report of the Special Committee may now be published anytime within next two weeks and thereafter the case may also be listed for hearing in the Court.

Updates of Hon’ble Special Committee's hearing dated 29.07.2021 - Reg.

Dear members,

In today's hearing of the Hon'ble Special Committee, various issues were discussed in detail. Till date, no progress and non-action taken by the State Govt. of Haryana is viewed seriously which is tantamount to contempt of court on the part of the department.

The next date of hearing for the NPNL/ General Category is fixed for 9th September 2021.

Kindly note that the next date of hearing is rescheduled to 21st September 2021.
