In continuation of our earlier updates dated 12.11.2014, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has passed the following orders :-
UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R" We have heard learned counsel for the parties.The Director General, Town and Country Planning, Haryana is directed to remove all encroachments in the area.If necessary, he shall be at liberty to take police help in carrying out this order. He is also directed to file a report before this Court including removal of such encroachments. List the matter after four weeks on a non-miscellaneous day. Parties are at liberty to file pleadings in the meanwhile."
Case is listed for hearing on 13.01.2015 i.e. non-miscellaneous day.
