Letter dated 15.10.2015 - Updation/ Registration of contact details such as Email-ID, Present Postal Address & Contact Phone/ Mobile Number - Reg.

Dear Member,

A letter dated 15.10.15 alongwith Upto-date Status Report of the case has been dispatched. In case of non-receipt of letter/ delivered late/ returned as undelivered, to ensure the prompt reach of communication issued by the Forum, it is, therefore, requested that members may get registered their E-mail address or any of your contact E-mail ID (in the name of your son/ daughter etc.) with the Forum by sending your membership details (like name of member plot holder, plot No./size) to Forum’s office address by post/ our email address at okhla.oeforum@gmail.com. You may also send the change in address, if any. 

You are request to kindly send an account payee cheque for Rs.2,000/- representing annual subscription for last five years @Rs.100/- per year and legal contribution of Rs.1,500/- in favour “OKHLA ENCLAVE PLOT HOLDERS (ALLOTTEES) FORUM”.

UPDATES

Dear member, 

We understand that members are receiving letter from Mr Rajiv Bansal, Chartered Accountant, A-308, LGF Defence Colony, New Delhi claiming to represent the management of  M/s Durga Builders (P) Ltd. The said communication has requested the members to send to him information in a proforma alongwith documents in original/ self certified within 21 days failing with the said communication threatened the members to ignore their claim to the plot.

We have already informed to Mr Rajiv Bansal about the verification of each of our member vide forum's letter dated 7.09.2015. So, there is no need to take any action from our member.
