Dear members,
It is reported
that few of our bonafide members are joining other associations or groups
without the knowledge of the Forum, and without taking clearance from
the Forum. Such members who are joining others are not doing any constructive
work in their favour. They are diluting the basis for their claims, which is
contradicted by the basis for claims being made by other groups.
In fact, such members may
unknowingly lose their settled rights while supporting other rival groups,
against their own interests.
They are complicating
their settled rights.
They are helping the cause
of rival groups, to their own detriment.
They are helping to
indefinitely delay the process.
As per our legal counsel, any
person who ceases to be a member of our Forum and who does not contribute funds
for its functioning, could lose benefits under the highly beneficial judgements and orders of Hon'ble Supreme Court and Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and
Haryana.
So, please use your
intelligence, remain in this Forum, contribute required funds to the Forum, and
avoid association with other groups.
In view of the ongoing circumstances due COVID-19, the committee has decided to hold the hearing via virtual platform (VC except for zoom). Now, the hearing is scheduled to be held on 10-06-2020 from 2.30 PM to 4.30 PM.
