Updates/Developments in the matter during court vacations

Dear Member,

In continuation of our earlier updates about the developments in on-going mater in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the matter was listed before vacation bench for hearing on 18.05.2010, in the hearing, the vacation bench of the Apex Court has issued the notices on the intervention applications filed before the court and directed the case be listed for hearing after summer vacations.
