During January 2016, Hon'ble Justice (Retd.) Vikramajit Sen was appointed Arbitrator by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in some other Association’s IA No. 8
& 9 of WP(C) No.876 of 1996. Thereafter, a
Committee was nominated by Ld. Arbitrator for scrutiny/ verifications of claims
of claimant plot holders. The Scrutiny Committee has submitted its Report (alongwith annexures) before the
Ld. Arbitrator on hearing dated 28/10/2017. During the meeting, it has decided
that the report will be uploaded by the department on its official website.
The members, who
presented and got verified their claims (under NPNL category only) may like
to see their status in the report, can check directly at department’s website https://tcpharyana.gov.in/
We would also like
to have yours valuable
comments/ suggestions etc. for further necessary action in the matter to
resolve the everlasting issue.
