The case was heard on 8.09.2014 and postponed till 3.02.2015 for final orders.
Further, efforts are made by the aggrieved parties for early hearing/ preponement. On 11.09.2014, all applications were called on for hearing and the Hon’ble Court has passed the orders and the same are as under for information and perusal:-
UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
"We have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. They have no objection if I.A. Nos. 8 & 9 in W.P.(C) No.876/1996 and other connected applications are taken up for hearing on any non-miscellaneous day in the second week of November, 2014.
We ordered accordingly.
I.A. Nos.11 & 12 in I.A. Nos.8 & 9 in W.P.(C) No.876 of 2996 stand disposed of."
Now the case will be listed on 11th November, 2014 for hearing.
