On 4.10.2010, Hon'ble Supreme Court of India decided not admit further impleadments in the case. The Hon'ble Court further directed that the case may now be heard as a regular case on non-miscellaneous days.
Now, the date has also been fixed for next hearing on 10.11.2010.
