We are pleased to inform you that Hon'ble Court Commissioner has in his report accepted the claims of our members who presented their documents for verification before him. The Hon'ble Court Commissioner has also not accepted the claims of third party sales. According to report, the third party sales at best have their claims for a recovery/refund of amount from coloniser/builder.
Please await for next date of hearing of the case in 3rd week of February, 2010.
